Child Development Center
Gilliam Springs Child Development Center has been the weekday early education ministry of Gilliam Springs since 1993.We are open Monday through Friday during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for ages infants to four years old. Our purpose is to provide a loving and Christ-like environment where children can grow spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally through learning experiences that are age appropriate. Our classroom activities foster development in language, art, music, math, large and small muscle skills, as well as social interaction. Skills are taught through units about self, family, community, and the natural world. Classroom visitors are invited to enhance the unit themes. Bible lessons, Bible thoughts, and songs are also interwoven in the units to help our children to grow spiritually in the knowledge of God, God's love, and God's care. Our three and four year olds attend chapel each Wednesday or Thursday with music and a Bible lesson.
