Is it a safe environment?
All of our volunteers are required to pass a thorough background check before serving. There are no exceptions. No child or classroom is allowed to be alone with one volunteer at any time.
We have a very secure check in process where all kids are given a badge and the parents will receive a corresponding badge to show at pick up. At all times, there is a Security Team member that monitors the preschool hall. We also have a video surveillance system that is designed to provide an extra layer of monitoring and accountability in all our classrooms.

My child is not old enough for the nursery or I'm nursing. What should I do?
We have a mommy and me room set up on our preschool hall. This room has a live feed of our service and is available for nursing moms or moms with crying little ones. No dads or older siblings please.
What if something goes wrong, how will you contact me?
You will provide your cell phone number at first check in. This will be printed on your child’s badge each week. This allows your child’s teacher to send you a text and notify you if there is a need.
What if my child has allergies?
We provide snacks in our preschool environments. If your child has any allergies or special dietary needs, please inform the desk volunteer and bring appropriate snacks for them. This information will also be added to your child's security badge.
My child is potty training, is that going to be a problem?
That’s great news! Please let their teacher know and bring an extra change of clothes just in case. Just so you know, our female volunteers will assist your kiddo to the bathroom as needed.
What do we need to bring?
For our babies to two year old's please bring an extra change of clothes, and extra diapers/pull ups. Bring bottles/sippy cups for your child, and have everything labeled in a bag with your child's name on it as well. Our classes are adequately supplied with toys to keep your child busy. If at all possible, please do not bring any toys from home.
